Sodi-Tech Welcomes MTDCNC for a Tour of Its UK Facility

Sodi-Tech was delighted to welcome the MTDCNC team to its UK facility for an exclusive tour exploring the technology, expertise and customer support behind one of the manufacturing industry’s most recognised EDM brands.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the range of Sodick EDM technologies available to UK manufacturers, as well as the applications knowledge, engineering experience and technical resources that support every customer investment.

Sodi-Tech’s Warwick facility is far more than a traditional machine showroom. It is a dedicated technology and applications centre where manufacturers can see machines operating, discuss specific production requirements with experienced engineers and better understand how the right EDM solution could improve their manufacturing processes.

During the tour, the MTDCNC team also learned more about the comprehensive support available behind every Sodick machine. Sodi-Tech works closely with customers throughout the complete investment journey, beginning with initial discussions, machine demonstrations and applications advice.

This support continues through installation, training and production implementation, with ongoing applications assistance, servicing and technical support available throughout the lifetime of the machine.
