Sodi-Tech UK Open House 2025 – A Look Back at an Incredible Three Days

In May 2025, we were proud to host our first Open House in six years—and what a return it was! Held at our headquarters in Warwickshire, the three-day event brought together customers, prospects, and industry partners for a truly immersive experience in the world of EDM and high-speed milling.

We welcomed visitors from across the UK and beyond, and it was fantastic to see so many familiar faces, new connections, and conversations happening throughout the event. Whether it was people gathering around a machine demo or chatting with engineers and partners, the energy in the showroom was something special.

What Was On Show?

Our goal for this Open House was simple: to give attendees a clear picture of where manufacturing is headed—and how Sodick technology is helping lead that journey.

Visitors had the opportunity to:

• Watch live demonstrations of Sodick wire EDM, die-sinker EDM, and high-speed milling machines

• Speak directly with existing Sodick users who shared their real-world insights and outcomes

• Explore automated, integrated production workflows, where programming, machining, and inspection all take place in a connected process—reducing manual handling and improving repeatability

With support from our technology partners, we also demonstrated how complete production cells can run with minimal intervention, from initial code to finished component.
