The team designed and manufactured the electrodes in-house before using their Sodick EDM machines to produce the detailed features required.

By keeping both electrode design and the EDM process under one roof, Crossen Engineering retains greater control over accuracy, quality and lead times—from producing complex cavities to achieving precise, sharp corners.

It’s a great example of how our customers use Sodick technology to strengthen their complete tooling capabilities, taking projects seamlessly from initial design through to the finished tool.
